How am I supposed to like myself when I am not achieving my goals?

Dear dreamers,

I’ve started a weekly Q&A so I can answer some of your most pressing questions and share my favorite insights and tools with a wider community.

This week’s question: How am I supposed to like myself when I am not achieving my goals?

I get so many clients who come to me filled with self-disgust. They are so angry with themselves that they have not been able to achieve their goals. And when they feel this disgust and disdain, they punish themselves by diving into even more self-defeating behaviors. And then that’s followed by even more disgust. And the negative spiral continues on and on.

In this video, I share a concrete, simple practice for breaking this cycle and getting back on track with your goals.

Comment below and tell me how you can use this strategy to change the way you approach your goals.
